Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day
• Weekend orders are processed on the next business day
• Bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day
• You will receive tracking information via email once dispatched

UK Mainland: Full coverage including England, Wales, and Scotland mainland.

Scottish Highlands & Islands: Additional 2-3 business days may apply. Delivery cost: £9.95.

Northern Ireland: 3-5 business days. Delivery cost: £7.95.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man: Please contact us for delivery options.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us.

All orders are carefully packaged using specialist packaging designed for glass bottles:

• Protective cardboard dividers and foam inserts
• Double-walled boxes for maximum protection
• Discreet packaging with no alcohol branding visible
• Gift packaging available at checkout

As a responsible alcohol retailer, we require proof of age on delivery:

• The recipient must be 18 years or older
• Valid photo ID may be requested by the courier
• Parcels cannot be left with anyone under 18
• If age cannot be verified, the parcel will be returned to sender

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse delivery if we believe the recipient is under 18.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available:

• The courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions
• You can reschedule delivery online or by phone
• Parcels may be held at a local collection point for up to 7 days
• After 7 days, parcels are returned to us
• Redelivery charges may apply for returned parcels
