About This Spirit
A small batch bourbon from Daddy Rack, made with a high corn mash bill and matured in Virgin American oak barrels. Aromas of maple, honey, oak spice and caramelised banana fill the nose, complemented by notes of roasted apples, smooth butter, banana, vanilla, nutmeg and salted popcorn throughout the palate.
